Privacy Policy — Your Data, Your Rights

Last updated: 2026-05-04

This policy explains what personal data michaelagnassia.com collects, why, how long it is kept, and the rights you have. We act as data controller for the data collected on this site.

Data Controller

Micheal Agnassia Consulting — contact@example.com

Data Collected

Contact forms: name, email address, company, phone (optional), message.

Analytics data: pages visited, session duration, referral source — collected in an aggregated, anonymised form.

Payment: when you book and pay online, payment is processed by Stripe on its secure infrastructure. We receive only the payment confirmation and the details needed to deliver the service — never your card data.

Account: if you create a client account to view your bookings and invoices, Clerk manages your identity (name, email, password) and we store only the reference needed to link you to your bookings.

Purpose of Processing

— To respond to contact and quote requests.

— To improve service quality and user experience.

— To manage the business relationship (invoicing, project tracking).

Data Retention

Data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at: contact@example.com.

Cookies

This site uses Matomo Analytics to measure audience behaviour in a privacy-respecting way. No data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Matomo cookies have a maximum lifetime of 13 months. You can opt out of tracking via the dedicated opt-out page.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. The processors involved in operating the site are: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Convex (database), and Matomo (anonymous site analytics). Each processor acts under its own contractual obligations and applicable law.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to stored data is restricted to the personnel and tools strictly required to operate the service. Despite these measures, no internet transmission is completely secure.

Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of contract performance (booking and delivering services), legitimate interest (site security and analytics), and consent (analytics cookies, which you can refuse via the cookie banner).

Contact and complaints

For any request regarding your data — access, correction, deletion, portability — write to contact@example.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (CNIL in France).

Data minimization

We collect only the data strictly necessary for each purpose: contact details to reply, booking details to deliver the service, and aggregated analytics to improve the site. You can use the site and its public content without creating an account.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the service or the law. The date at the top of this page indicates the last update; significant changes will be announced on the site.
