Terms of Service — Services & Payment Conditions

These terms govern the use of the services offered on michaelagnassia.com. By booking a service or making a payment you accept these conditions.
Scope
These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Micheal Agnassia Consulting SARL (the "Provider") and any individual or legal entity (the "Client") purchasing consulting and digital strategy services offered on this site.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in euros, exclusive of VAT (HT). Applicable VAT will be added to the net price in accordance with current legislation. Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments attract statutory interest penalties.
Cancellation & Refunds
More than 48 hours before the session: full refund of the amount paid.
Less than 48 hours before the session: 50% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation by the Provider, the Client will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
Intellectual Property
Deliverables produced as part of the engagement (documents, materials, recommendations) are transferred to the Client upon receipt of full payment for the corresponding invoice. The Provider retains the right to reference the collaboration in its commercial portfolio unless the Client expressly objects in writing.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction over the matter.
Services
The site offers consulting services in AI and automation: a 60-minute diagnostic, monthly automation packs (AI Growth Engine, Visibility, Transformation), and custom engagements. The precise scope of each engagement is defined and agreed before work begins.
Payment
Payment is made online by card via Stripe, in EUR or USD depending on the service and your location. Prices are displayed including applicable taxes before payment, and an electronic invoice is issued after each payment.
Liability
Services are delivered with professional care. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or results depending on third-party tools (SaaS platforms, APIs) beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

Refunds
The 60-minute diagnostic may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the session (see the cancellation section). For monthly packs, you may terminate at the end of a billing period; fees for the current period are not refundable once the work has started.
Communications
We communicate with you by email at the address you provided, and through the client dashboard for bookings and invoices. It is your responsibility to keep this contact information up to date.
